Meet the conditions of the negotiated new lease 2004 - 2014

In order initially to measure success the Directors will (with the help of the membership),

" carry out regular checks of all equipment, plant and buildings
" maintain facilities to full Health & Safety standards
" ensure Site protection is fully maintained
" maintain regular programme of support and help for wild life that share the site
" keep members informed of developments, constraints and opportunities through Newsletters and other forms of communication
" keep up to date with National, Area and local legislation/ requirements that help support our Lifestyle
" encourage others make maximum use of the site leased to us
" provide a manageable Finance Policy through positive Budgeting and Accounting
" provide a rolling programme of site maintenance and improvements
" review all Club Rules and policies on a regular basis
" advertise selectively to maintain a full site that ensures the future continuance of the Club
